2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no. 2, the State and the informant.

3. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

4. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no.2 is alleged to have assaulted with sharp cutting weapon on the head of the informant causing him injury.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner no.2 submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner no.2 is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner no. 2, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate X, Vaishali at Hajipur in Sarai Police Station Case No. 86 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
