The petitioner is in jail custody since 18-06-2014 in a case registered under Sections-366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The statement of the victim has been recorded under Section-164 of the Cr. P.C. in which, she stated that at the instigation of this petitioner, she went along with the petitioner and solemnized her marriage. The victim disclosed her age as 18 years and the Medical Board also found her age between 18-19 years. It appears that there was love affairs between the petitioner and the victim.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Surajpura P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Sasaram (Rohtas).
