JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.09.2014 in a cased registered for the offences punishable under sections 8, 20,,22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged that 3kgs. 700 gm raw Ganja were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is a submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and a statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 7 of the bail petition. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and statement to that effect has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.208 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S.
