Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S.Case No.450 of 2018 , G.R.No.5407 of 2018 ,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46608 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/3 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 447, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they came variously armed and there is specific allegation is against Yadav Lal Sah that he assaulted by Farsa causing injury on his head and against one Tinku Tinku Sah of firing but that did not hit anybody.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case. Furthermore the injuries as alleged caused by Yadav Lal Sah (petitioner no.11) is said to be simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure 3 series. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S.Case no.450 of 2018, G.R.No.5407 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal
