The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the victim Sonali Kumari recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
