Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour their undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 83 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is that they along with other co-accused persons have committed murder of Khusboo Kumari, daughter of the informant and disappeared her dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners being the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased have

It is further submitted that the petitioners have no concern with the family affairs of their son, namely, Lalan Das as partition took place way back in the year 2000. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State on perusal of the case diary submits that the petitioners are living separately from their son since 2000 which is apparent from paragraph nos. 47 and 48 of the case diary.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusari in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 83 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Jagdish/- U T
