The petitioner Puranwasi Yadav seeks bail in Laukaria P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act. The informant alleged that the petitioner and others took her son Pappu Paswan, Arbind Paswan and Santosh Paswan and brutally assaulted them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a counter version. Pappu Paswan and Arbind Paswan got simple injuries.

Having considered the facts aforesaid that on account

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.361 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 of assault made by the petitioner, Pappu Paswan and Arbind Paswan got simple injuries, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Laukaria P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014.
