JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-10-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 13.12.2006 passed by the Sr. Divisional Manager, Muzaffarpur by which agency of the petitioner has been terminated, at the same time her renewal commission has also been forfeited.

2. At the outset itself, learned counsel for the petitioner makes statement at the Bar on instruction that an appeal has been filed before the Zonal Manager, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Exhibition Road, Patna-1 (respondent no. 2) dispatched by Speed

Patna High Court CWJC No.5210 of 2015 dt.03-10-2018 Post on 06.04.2018 for redressal of her grievances.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent-LIC is present.

4. Having regard to the statement made on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enter into the merits of the matter in view of the appeal having already been preferred by the petitioner.

5. The writ petition stands dismissed.
