The petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 615 of 2013 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 25 of 2012 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 24.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38786 of 2013 by this Court and he is in custody since 25.09.2012. It is further submitted that the case of the petitioner has been committed to the court of sessions numbered as Sessions Trial No. 615 of 2013, in which,

No.2411 of 2015 (2) dt.25-03-2015 altogether three witnesses including the informant, Kamlesh Singh (P.W.3) have been examined, but they have not supported the prosecution case specially about demand of dowry. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Patna, in connection with S. Tr. No. 615 of 2013 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 25 of 2012 (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
