Mr. Gp1- U.S.S.Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for directing the respondent authorities to execute the judgment dated 19.12.2014 passed by the Presiding Officer of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Tribunal, Patna-1 in Case No. 13 of 2009. In my considered opinion, the writ petition is totally misconceived. The extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be invoked for seeking execution of an order passed by a Tribunal.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed.
