JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bagha P.S. Case No.304 of 2017 registered under Sections 452, 323, 342, 354, 379 and 37 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3/4 of the Dian Act.
Allegation is that all accused persons caught hold the informant, levelled allegation of practicing witch craft, taken her away on the motorcycle, assaulted her and thereafter left the informant.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady. The allegation is that accused persons have taken her away on motorcycle, so there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and she has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and
