2. The present application has been filed for modification in order dated 02.06.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.34154 of 2025.
3. Counsel submits that by virtue of the said order, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail subject to payment of Rs.1,00,000/- (One lac) each to the Excise Department, Government of Bihar. He further submits that petitioners are unable to deposit the said amount, instead thereof, he submits that the petitioners are in a position to deposit Rs.1 lac jointly to the Excise Department, Government of Bihar. As such, the said modification may be allowed.
4. Counsel for the State submits that the counsel for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47798 of 2025(2) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 the petitioner has accepted the mistake that without taking consent from the clients, he has undertaken, due to which the said order has come.
5. In the light of the submissions made, let the said correction be made in the order dated 02.06.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.34154 of 2025 and petitioners are directed to release on bail subject to deposit of Rs.1 lac jointly to the Excise Department, Government of Bihar.
6. Accordingly, the modification application is hereby allowed upto the extent.
