JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C and 47(a) of the Excise Act.

From the possession of the petitioner 20 bottles of bear and 47 bottles of foreign liquor were recovered. Considering the quantity of recovery and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia(Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 796 of 2014.
