Learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to two communications dated 27.5.2016 and 20.10.2016 issued by the Deputy Director GS/SD-7(Adm. Civ) for DCOAS(IS&T) and Lt. Col. SSO respectively, submits that under the said communications petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment was found worthy of consideration and the process has been initiated so as to identify the vacancy to accommodate her on compassionate ground.
In view of such development during pendency of the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of.
