JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 30-8-2014 in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code . The accusation is of committing dacoity in the house of the informant and the name of the petitioner has sprung up in the confessional statements of Satyendra Yadav and Dipu Nut. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade till date. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph no.7 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Koilwar P.S.Case No. 139/2010 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) B.Roy/- U T
