JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 31.10.2014 on the accusation that he as well as some others were taking six children to work as bonded labour in a cement factory. Admittedly, petitioner was not caught at the spot and the persons, who were caught with the children, have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
