Petitioners seeks bail in Sono P.S. Case No.93 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged in the written report that the informant got information that firing is taking place between two groups in village. He reached the place of occurrence and 6-7 persons started running away on seeing the police party. The police made search of house of the petitioner. It is alleged that one country made pistol without cartridge was recovered from the room of petitioner No.2 and two swords, one Bhujali and one axe were recovered from the room of petitioner No.1. Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 28.03.2019.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.93 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
