This application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.08.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 33455 of 2017 to the extent that the father's name of the petitioner Shrawan Kumar Gupta @ Shrawan be corrected as Siyaram Sah @ Kari Sah instead of wrongly typed Gopal Kumar. In support of the aforesaid assertion, the petitioner has produced his Aadhaar Card No.3508 6759 1136. Prayer for correction stands allowed.

Accordingly, this modification application stands allowed.
