2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 28.4.2023, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 12078 of 2023.

3. In view of the reasons mentioned in the modification petition, said order is modified to the extent that the description of Court below in the operative portion of said order be read as 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Hilsa' in place of 'District and Sessions Judge, Camp Court, Hilsa, Nalanda'. Besides this, petitioner is granted six weeks further time to surrender and to furnish bail bonds.

4. Modification petition is thus allowed.
