The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the FIR it appears that by creating a forged and fabricated document bearing the signature of the informant petitioner has got award prepared in his name by the Land Acquisition Officer and withdrawn the money. As per the claim of the petitioner in the year 2006 the matter was settled before the Gram Panchayat where this portion of land was allotted to the petitioner, when the land was acquired for construction of National High Way two awards have been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51321 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 prepared. One award has been made in favour of the informant and another award has been made in favour of the petitioner and he obtained the money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that money has been paid in the year 2011 but the present case has been lodged in 2013.

Basically it is a civil dispute and wrongly criminal case has been lodged against the petitioner.

Looking to the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, Ram Prasad Bhagat, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in Sonepur P.S. Case No.130 of 2013.
