Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 356, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was apprehended while snatching mobile of the informant. On search two mobiles, including mobile of the informant, have been recovered from his possession.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case due to misunderstanding and wrong identification. No

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar PS case No.337/2021.
