The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Karandey P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The occurrence took place due to land dispute and both the parties have sustained injuries.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
