2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arising out of Piribazar P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 16, 17, 29 of the UAP Act.

3. No ground for fresh consideration is made out. Earlier, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.12.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 48883 of 2022, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

5. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the cases pending against the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.
