Apprehending his arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.

22/2017, registered under Sections 341,323,307,379,354(B), 504, and 506/34 of the I.P.C., petitioner has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel submits that although the allegation against the petitioner is of having assaulted the informant on head by 'Garasa' but there is delay of more than 13 days in lodging the 'Fardbeyan' which creates a serious doubt. However, after making submissions at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the application enabling him to surrender before the Court below and pray for bail.
