The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 366 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the record it appears that petitioner along with others has kidnapped Neha Kumari alias Ginni Kumari, aged about 16 years, Sonu Kumari, aged about 14 years and Gauri Kumari, aged about 19 years and they were taken to some unknown place. Statement of the victims made under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure do not indicate the implication of the petitioner whereas from the order sheet it appears that on allurement they were taken them to Delhi.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51350 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 Looking to the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, Chhotu Das alias Subhash Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Bakhtiyarpur (Balwahat) P.S. Case No.296 of 2014.
