The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 186 of 2017 registered under Sections 498(A)/313 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that he is not named in the F.I.R. and the same has been lodged after lapse of four months. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63813 of 2018(8) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Juduicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 186 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
