In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing, on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Patna, to dispose of the application filed on behalf of the writ petitioner, for which a direction was already given by the Joint Commissioner, Patna Division, vide Memo No. 1151, dated 30.12.2015, on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
