The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case no. 334 of 2016, registered under Sections 304(B), 201, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle and she buffalo in dowry and also disposed of her dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are Bhaisur of the deceased and they are living separately, Petitioner No. 4 is mediator of the marriage and petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46584 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 No.5 is cousin brother-in-law of the deceased and they have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that due to illness deceased died and on information the informant also participated in the last rite of the deceased, but due to ulterior motive this case has been lodged. Moreover, Sanjay Ram, husband of the deceased, is in custody.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-III, East Champaran Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 334 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
