The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 16.12.2016, this Court directed the petitionerhusband to pay litigation cost of Rs.1500/-. Now the suit has already been dismissed.

In this view of the fact, the petitioner is only liable to pay litigation cost of Rs.1500/- per month till disposal of the suit and the civil miscellaneous petition is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid modification in payment of litigation cost. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) S.KUMAR/- U
