The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 259 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120B, 419/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the present case is out and out a civil dispute. On perusal of Annexure nos. 2 and 3, it appears that petitioners are the bona fide purchaser of the land and rent receipts also issued in their favour. Annexure no. 4 also shows the payment of consideration money. Further submission is that they have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
