The petitioner claims that he is working as Teacher in Bind Ucch Vidyalay, District Nalanda. The petitioner would submit that he has qualified in the test for admission in B.Ed. Course but he has been directed to take admission in private Teachers Training College instead of Government College. He submits that he has approached the Director, Research & Training, Education Department, Government of Bihar raising

Considering the peculiar facts of this case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Research & Training, Education Department, Government of Bihar to consider his case for adjustment in the Government Teachers Training College, if seats are lying vacant in the Government Teachers training College as the petitioner is already working as Teacher. Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the Director, Reasearch & Training, Education Department, at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
