Patna High Court CWJC No.12318 of 2022(4) dt.20-06-2023 2/2 The present petition has been preferred for challenging the letter no.6-11/12 dated 20.12.2012 issued by the Member Secretary as also the order dated 15.01.2014 issued by the Mines Commissioner, Bihar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he will be contended if a fresh representation preferred by him is considered and an appropriate order is passed by the Department.

Mr. Naresh Dikshit submits that if a representation is preferred by the petitioner the same will be considered and reasoned order will be passed within a fortnight. In the aforesaid background the present petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner that if he prefers a proper representation before respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from today the matter shall be taken up an disposed of by the concerned respondent within the next fortnight as submitted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
