2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 324, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner and co-accused persons started abusing the informant and when he protested, the petitioner Arjun Yadav assaulted him by iron rod on his head, whereas co-accused Ranju Devi assaulted him with sickle, causing cut injury in his hand. They also snatched golden chain from him.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50253 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. There is allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant Binod Kumar, but he has suffered simple injuries, caused by hard and blunt substance.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/Kundan U T
