2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Benipatti P.S.Case No. 31 of 2024.

3. Allegedly, while on the way, the accused persons intercepted the informant and snatched away his bag, containing Rs. 2,00,741/- a Tab, ID Card and mobile phone.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the informant himself confessed the guilt that he lodged this false case out of greed of money collected by him. He has submitted further that the petitioner is innocent and has

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S.Case No. 31 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
