JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed being aggrieved by non-enforcement of the order dated 25.11.2019, passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Barh in Case No. 11 of 2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the petitioner has filed an application under Section 11 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 for enforcement of the aforesaid order granting maintenance in favour of the petitioner, but no action is being taken by the learned Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Barh. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off

Patna High Court CWJC No.17105 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2022 2/2 the present writ petition with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Barh to consider the application filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and take necessary action, in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
