JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.11.2014 in a cased registered for the offences punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) pf the Excise Act.
It is alleged that the from the pick up van 22,000/- liters country made liquor were recovered.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was driver of the van and the van has been hired which does not belong to the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to
