Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.2271 of 2015 under Sections 323, 341, 452, 354(B) and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that both the petitioners entered into her house and Rafique Ansari put her down on the bed with bad intention. The complainant raised alarm thereafter both the accused persons fled away after snatching golden chain and ornaments from possession of the complainant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations are false. Prior to the institution of this case, Nasima

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46510 of 2017 (2) dt.03-10-2017 2/2 Khatoon, wife of petitioner no.1 filed Complaint Case No.2883 of 2014 against Manuddin Ansari and three others. Manuddin Ansari is the husband of the present complainant. When the wife of the petitioner no.1 did not compromise the case, the complainant, wife of Manuddin Ansari filed a present complaint petition. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners above named are directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No.2271 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
