The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.560 of 2016 (G.R. No.1642 of 2016) registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that 6-7 unknown miscreants aged about 20 to 25 years committed loot of Rs.1,14,365/-, three mobile sets of Samsung and Lawa Company, one Laptop of DEL Company. Name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Raushan Kumar and except that nothing has come in the said F.I.R. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to give privilege of pre-arrest bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64209 of 2018(3) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 petitioner. The prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned court below and pray for regular bail which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
