The petitioners want to renew the prayer of bail, which has already been rejected by order dated 16.07.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 25283/2014, submitting that the trial of the case is not expedited and as such, the petitioners suffering in custody since 04.01.2014 deserve sympathetic consideration.

A report has been received and from that report it reveals that trial is in progress. Five witnesses have already been examined and as such there is no good ground for reconsideration of the prayer of bail of the petitioners.

Again, the prayer of the petitioners is, hereby refused. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.) Kamlesh U T
