2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 240 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code
3. As per allegation, the marriage of grand-daughter of the informant was solemnized with co-accused Suraj Paswan. The accused persons committed dowry death of his grand- daughter for non-fulfillment of demand of a Tempo.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. She is mother-in-law of the deceased, having no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54444 of 2024(3) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple and husband of the deceased has been acquitted in Sessions Trial No. 764 of 2022. The informant, during deposition in that Sessions Trial, did not support the prosecution case.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Barh, Patna in connection with S.T. No. 52 of 2024 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No. 240 of 2021, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
