2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ and / or order and/ or direction commanding the respondents to consider the appointment of son of the petitioner on compassionate ground in C.R.P.F. on any post according to qualification and physical status. The husband of the petitioner, Late Sitaram Yadav died in harness on

Patna High Court CWJC No.2840 of 2021 dt.28-01-2022 2/2 14.12.2014 while working on the post of Havildar in C.R.P.F. and posted at 159 Battalion, Gaya."

4. Grievance of the petitioner is stated to have been pending consideration before the concerned respondent in respect of compassionate appointment of her son pursuant to death of her husband, late Sitaram Yadav.

5. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine the grievance of the petitioner and redress the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the very object of providing compassionate appointment would be defeated.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
