2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 199 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-120B, 363, 366A, 376(3), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/6 of POCSO Act.
3. Allegedly, minor daughter of the informant was kidnapped by the accused persons including the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. the victim has stated that her parents had arranged her marriage with a person to whom, she did not intend to marry. It was the

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 199 of 2023 subject to the condition that the petitioner will cooperate in trial and shall make himself available as and when required by the court.
