This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Parihar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498A, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the informant. There is allegation against all her family members of demand of dowry and torture therefor. There is also allegation that the informant's father-in-law attempted to outrage her modesty. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46296 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
