2. The petitioner seeks bail, apprehending his arrest, in connection with Chabilapur P. S. Case No. 29 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioner is involved in fabrication of false appointment letter in the name of one Geeta Kumari.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48255 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/3 implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is no way related to the alleged appointment letter. He further submits that the investigation of this case is going on.

5. It is also stated in paragraph no. 2 of the petition that no similar petition has been earlier filed by the petitioner before this Court.

6. It has further been stated that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

7. However, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. He further submits that the petitioner is F.I.R. named accused and there is allegation against him of sending the appointment letter to the house of said Geeta Kumari. He further submits that the alleged offence is very serious in nature and such offence is threat to our society and the persons involved in this type of offence do not deserve bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not persuaded to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

9. The prayer for bail is rejected accordingly.

10. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within a period of one month and the Registry is directed to issue the certified copy of this order only after removal of office objections.
