JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Allegedly 5 K.g Ganja is said to have been recovered from a bag and petitioner was caught at the time of recovery of the aforesaid bag.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.11.2014 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Admittedly, petitioner is a handicapped person.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S.Case No. 144 of 2014.
