JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 3026 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and allegation against him is of subjecting the complainant to cruelty and torture in connection with demand of dowry. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is still ready to keep the complainant with full honour and dignity, which will appear from the fact that before the court below also the petitioner was ready to keep the complainant with full honour and dignity and tried to settle the dispute but as

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 3026 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It is further subject to the condition that if the complainant is ready to live with the petitioner, he will keep her with full honour and dignity, otherwise, his bail bonds will be cancelled.
