1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 189(2), 126(2), 115(2), 329(2), 109, 308(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other FIR named accused persons assaulted the informant and his son with lathi and danda. It is also alleged that this petitioner fired bullet in air and threatened for dire consequence and also snatched gold chain and Rs. 20,000/- and demanded Rs. 5 lakh as ransom money.
