The petitioners seek bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 68 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 387, 435 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.
Rabindra Kumar an employee of Infracon Project India Pvt. Ltd., Patna alleged that Babloo Jee @ Rohit Jee and Chuchun Chaudhary along with 25-20 unknown Maoists came and threatened the informant to kill on account of non-payment of extortion money. They also burnt JCB, tractor and roller etc. It is submitted that the petitioners are not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1332 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 confessional statement of Saheb Kumar Sahni @ Prabhakar Jee and on basis of which charge sheet was submitted against the petitioners.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 68 of 2013.
