2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 74, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 15.01.2025 at about 1 O'clock at noon, this petitioner and two co-accused persons were teasing the daughter of informant and on protest by husband of informant, they badly assaulted him with Lathi and danda. They also assaulted informant and her daughter, as a result of which, all the three persons i.e. informant, her husband and her daughter sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49728 of 2025(2) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 to petty dispute, a simple Maarpeet took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Injuries, sustained by injured, are simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
