Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "That the petitioner prays for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondents for payment of regular salary and further prays for regularization of the service of the petitioner on the class III post as clerk against the existing vacant and sanctioned post in the college.

And for any other relief/reliefs the petitioner may be found entitled."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.11482 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 submitted that petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation for redressal of his grievance before respondent no.4, the ViceChancellor, Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Bihar University, Muzaffarpur in light of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the cases of Jaggo Vs. Union of India & Ors. (SLP (C) No. 5580 of 2024); Vinod Kumar and Ors. Etc. Vs. Union of India & Ors., reported in (2024) 1 S.C.R. 1230 and Shripal & Anr. vs. Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad (Civil Appeal Nos. 8158-8179 of 2024).

4. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
